Miss Emma Shields has been qualified for over 5 years with extensive experience in the spa industry  in both the UK and Ireland.  Emma is trained in various holistic therapies including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy, although she Specialises in Massage.  In particular; Deep Tissue Massage which combines Nero Muscular Technique and Acupressure to treat sports injuries and chronic conditions such as ME and Arthritis.
