Service Standards

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your skincare appointment in order to complete your client consultation card (if first visit) and remove all make-up before arrival to allow maximum treatment time with therapist. For Spa Day Experiences & Packages please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time.

Health & Safety

Radcliffes Beauty ask all clients to keep their therapist’s updated with any health issues or concerns as some of our treatments can be unsuitable for certain conditions, such as;

  • High/Low Blood Pressure
  • Epilepsy
  • Diabetes
  • Thrombosis
  • Skin Diseases
  • Hepatitis
  • Cancer
  • Nut/Fish Allergies
  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding Women

Group Bookings

Credit Card details will be required for all Group Bookings. Final numbers, depending on party size are required at least 48-72 hours prior to booking date. Please note your card may be charged if appointments are not cancelled within the required notice period of 48-72 hrs.

Cancellation Policy

Radcliffes Beauty operates a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on individual appointments and a 48 hour cancellation policy for double/multiple appointments. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for appointments unattended or cancelled without the required notification time.  Appointments for any discounted voucher or package treatment ( including those purchased through a 3rd party source) are subject to our 48 hour cancellation policy. 

Courses of Treatments

Any course of treatments purchased are valid for a maximum of 6 months from purchase date, courses of treatments cannot be suspended without authorised by the company director. Courses of treatments are strictly non-refundable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

Radcliffes Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.Voucher must be redeemed in full at time of appointment. Strictly Non refundable, this does not affect your statutory rights.
