Payment and prices

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 20% (unless stated otherwise), in British pounds sterling (GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling. Radcliffes Beauty accepts debit and credit card payments online and also accepts payment by company or personal cheque. Be aware that if your credit card supplier operates using another currency, they will convert payment from British pounds sterling (GBP) to their operating currency at their current exchange rates. If paying by cheque, funds are required to have cleared before and services or products are shipped. Cheques will normally clear in three to five working days and these should be made payable to 8 Wilson Street, Glasgow, G1 1SS. Radcliffes Beauty is only able to accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and payable in GBP.

 

Order shipping and delivery

Products and services to be supplied within the United Kingdom are dispatched by our courier service. Please be aware that estimated delivery dates act as guides to when your products and/or services will be delivered. Radcliffes Beauty makes all reasonable efforts to ship your order the same day it is placed (Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm) provided payment has cleared. It is important to note that orders can take anywhere from three to seven working days to be processed. Whilst Radcliffes Beauty may not be able to guarantee an exact delivery date or time, we aim to deliver products and services to your shipping address within the timeframe specified by us. You will be notified through email when your order is dispatched and you will be informed of estimated delivery.

 

Debit and credit card security

Credit and debit card processing is handled in a secure manner using PayPal. Radcliffes Beauty does not see or store your card details at any time.

 

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return any products or file any complaints regarding the services offered by Radcliffes Beauty all emails should be directed to info@RadcliffesBeauty.co.uk. You should include your full name and address, your telephone number, the PayPal transaction ID and a complete description of any problems and/or issues. Radcliffes Beauty aims to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any grievances.

 

Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your goods, you should immediately inspect all items for any damage. If the package looks tampered with or appears to have been damaged you should either refuse to accept it or mark the courier’s sheet to show this and accept your goods. Please inform Radcliffes Beauty immediately if you find any damage by emailing info@RadcliffesBeauty.co.uk. As with our returns policy, you should include all of the information outlined above. Radcliffes Beauty accepts no responsibility for damages reported after 24 hours of receipt.

 

Cancellation

As protected by law (Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] 2000), the consumer retains the right to cancel any transaction without reason within seven days of contract. This right to cancel is not applicable to certain products containing sealed DVDs or CDs that have been opened. If you wish to cancel an order, you should email Info@RadcliffesBeauty.co.uk in the first instance.

To help us process your cancellation order, please ensure your email includes you full name and address, telephone number, PayPal transaction ID and a direct instruction to cancel your order. If no products or services have been delivered, we will email you to confirm you cancellation and a full refund will be made. Should any goods have been delivered, we will confirm the receipt of your cancellation order and we will ask you to return the goods. All products and/or services must be returned in their original sealed, undamaged and unused condition. Do not send any goods to us unless we instruct you to. Be aware that all costs associated with the return of the goods are your responsibility.

Once Radcliffes Beauty receives the goods and we are satisfied with their condition, a refund will be made. Should we be dissatisfied with the condition of the goods, Radcliffes Beauty reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

 

Terms of remittance

Goods and services remain the property of Radcliffes Beauty until paid for in full.
